#BETAwards17: Wizkid Wins “Best International Act: Africa” At 2017 BET Awards



Wizkid Inks Multi-Album Deal With RCA Records/Sony Music
Nigerian sensational singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has won the highly coveted “Best International Act: Africa” at the 2017 BET Awards.
The singer beat off competition from fellow Nigerian acts, Davido, Tekno, and Mr Eazi and other African contemporaries like AKA (South Africa), Babes Wodumo (South Africa), Nasty C (South Africa).
The announcement was made at a special ceremony held in Los Angeles on Saturday.
However, the complete list is expected to be announced on Sunday, June 25, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, that would be graced by some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
